Introduction

I understand that the support you are offering to this project has been beyond expected, our expenses and demand has grown to the level you never expected, unfortunate my contribution to this project is very little.

Due some of the demand in the children we are helping, a lot has been faced and I am still facing since we are rising children to a particular level. For this reason you cannot stop and I cannot stop too. We do not have where these children can put their hope. Looking at the life I am living, I still depend on your support for my academic for me to be able to take care of myself, normally I spend 3 to five days without eating but moving up and down looking for both what I can eat and what I can pay teachers, finding their lunch both teachers and children when they are in school during the day. Some do not have clothes still I have the task to find support to buy them clothes.

In order to be contributive, I have come with this self-school sustainability project from the survey. Opening school woodwork work shop which I hope can help contribute in school sustainability.

Project Title: School Woodwork Work Shop

This workshop is not a short term investment but long term investment since it has to be a running business that need capital to make profit. From the consultation and survey that I have made, few tools have been identified that must be in place, and these are the main ones that can start the project and amounted to K29, 400.00 current prize of quotation is valid for only seven days due to the prize change.

Current Challenge and Task

I do not have teachers beginning next week, they have all decided to stop due to the last month payment which I failed to rise for them. The total amount I must rise for then for last month is K6000 for 3 teachers, and when this month end, I must rise K12, 000.00.In addition to this demand, I have to raise funds to buy food for lunch for both teachers and children from Monday to Friday as well as funds for stationary.

Future Expected Challenges and Demands

Since the present challenges shall not end, there are other needs expected and currently affecting us such as Books and Desks. There are very few and are urgently needed and shall be needed because we are advancing school grades next year. The cost for one desk is at K1400 this year and there is an increase in stationary cost too. I cannot run away from this problem bat to find ways for school to sustain its self.

Project Benefits

When this project pick up, it shall help us reduce the level of how I ask from you, even though there are needs that shall be involving you especially now when the project is yet to begin such as teachers’ payments and other small things that might be needed though my plan on this project is draw dependency to zero:

  • This project shall urgently help us manage to make ourselves desks and school table that too expensive to ask from you instead of you contributing little to what I have managed in future.

  • Raising income to buy stationary

  • Helping me find food and

  • Contributing to teachers payments

Urgency of this Project

This is very urgent but cannot save my current situation. The best option as I am struggling, is to see this project running so that we can have hope in the next months from now.

The situation with teachers is very serious, they have all stopped but children are coming to school because they have no other help. Than you responding to teachers matter, it is better and best for you my helpers to respond to this future solution very quickly.

These children cannot leave me they are all orphans, if I was dealing with people who are well-do, all would go off but these have no hope but you and me. If these teacher I am owing will not give me time to struggle for their money, then I will still have to let you know how I have failed and how the case shall be.

Total money for the Workshop Project needed is K29,400.00 ($226.15 USD)
